At Miyana, customer satisfaction is our priority. Due to the delicate and hygienic nature of artificial jewelry, we follow a limited refund and return policy as outlined below:

🔁 Returns & Exchanges

• We accept returns only in the case of damaged, defective, or wrong products received.
• Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the order.
• To initiate a return, please contact us with images and order details at support@miyana.in.
• Returns are not accepted for size or color preferences, or change of mind.

💰 Refund Process

• Refunds are processed only after inspection of the returned product.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

⚠️ Non-Returnable Items

• Used, worn, or damaged products not due to our error.
• Personalized or custom-made jewelry.
• Items without original packaging or tags.

🚚 Return Pickup

• We will arrange a reverse pickup wherever serviceable.
• If reverse pickup is not available in your area, you may be asked to self-ship the product.
