At Miyana, customer satisfaction is our priority. Due to the delicate and hygienic nature of artificial jewelry, we follow a limited refund and return policy as outlined below:
🔁 Returns & Exchanges
- We accept returns only in the case of damaged, defective, or wrong products received.
- Return requests must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the order.
- To initiate a return, please contact us with images and order details at support@miyana.in.
- Returns are not accepted for size or color preferences, or change of mind.
💰 Refund Process
- Refunds are processed only after inspection of the returned product.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
⚠️ Non-Returnable Items
- Used, worn, or damaged products not due to our error.
- Personalized or custom-made jewelry.
- Items without original packaging or tags.
🚚 Return Pickup
- We will arrange a reverse pickup wherever serviceable.
- If reverse pickup is not available in your area, you may be asked to self-ship the product.
